FTP Service Request Form:
FTP services are used to download (get) invoicing or bibliographic data files from HARRASSOWITZ and to upload (put) electronic claims and orders. HARRASSOWITZ will create directories for your FTP activities. Upon login, the system will automatically connect you to the correct directory.
To further protect your data, HARRASSOWITZ recommends using Secure FTP (SFTP) protocol.
If you already have an FTP directory, you may request that your FTP directory(ies) be converted to SFTP by checking “Switch from FTP to SFTP” and completing the request form with your data (including a new username and password for the SFTP directory). Please note that only new files will be stored in your SFTP account. All files previously mounted in your FTP directory will still be available via FTP. If you need files moved from one directory to the other, please contact service@harrassowitz.de.

I would like to be provided with data / documents via HARRASSOWITZ's SFTP access, as well as being able to upload data by myself.
I am aware that the access data is set up by Otto Harrassowitz GmbH & Co. KG on their server and can only be changed by me on request.
HARRASSOWITZ does not operate as an Internet Service Provider. A use of my access by HARRASSOWITZ is excluded.
I would like to be provided with data / documents via HARRASSOWITZ's SFTP access instead of FTP access, as well as being able to upload data by myself.
